Our core foundation. Quality.
At HSI quality isn't just a buzzword, it defines us. With meticulous controls from the first proposal letter to the final data book, we guarantee not just results, but precision and perfection every step of the way.
Driving Quality Across Operations
From the spark of project initiation meetings to the meticulous crafting of ITP’s, NDE, welding, refractory, and coating blueprints, right down to the precision in calculation packages and intricate drawings - every step in our process illustrates our unwavering devotion to excellence.
Optimizing Performance
By following a systematic approach to vendor selection, we make sure to maintain high-quality vendors. We don't merely select vendors; we critically assess and consistently monitor them, ensuring only the best make the cut. Every choice is a reflection of our commitment to excellence.
Assuring Production Excellence
Our NDE technicians meticulously follow project-specific blueprints, ensuring the final output matches your vision and meets every manufacturing requirement. Our quality team, fortified with ASNTC Level III inspectors with credentials from CWI, NACE, and CWB, embodies decades of dedication. In production, we don't just meet standards; we elevate them.
In-house Inspection and Testing
Our QC Inspectors wield an arsenal of in-house testing methods. From Wet and Dry Magnetic Particle Inspection to Liquid Penetrant and Brinell Hardness Testing, every detail undergoes rigorous scrutiny. Add Visual, Hydrostatic, and Pneumatic Testing to the mix, and our commitment to excellence becomes evident. Our prowess extends to electric resistance and induction pre-heat, as well as post-weld heat treatment. And with an oven measuring 25' wide, 27' tall, and 90' long, we're primed for comprehensive vessel post-weld heat treatment.
